Notes techniques
- Pour elastic fleche checks, S235 uses essentially the same modulus as other standard structural steels, so rigidite is governed more by section geometry than by grade choice.
- Use this page when the acier grade is known but the final rolled or hollow section is still open.
- If your poutre is already selected, replace the preset inertia avec the exact section value instead of treating the default rigidite as representative.
