Notes techniques
- Pour acier poutres, self-weight is usually modeled as a full-portee uniform charge, which makes it a strong fit pour the standard simply-supported UDL case.
- Use this page when early sizing decisions are being made et you want to know how much fleche comes from self-weight before superimposed dead charge or live charge is added.
